Terms of Service

VAGST Ready ("the App") is a bookkeeping tool provided by Apia Chartered Accountants that helps Samoan small business owners track sales and purchases, calculate 15% VAGST, and generate printable two-monthly return worksheets for filing with the Ministry for Revenue (MCR). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your business and transactions.
• Use the App only for lawful bookkeeping and tax reporting purposes.
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Use the Gmail integration only to send emails you legitimately intend to send.

You agree not to:

• Use the App to misrepresent your tax obligations or evade tax.
• Attempt to access other users' data or disrupt the App's operation.
• Send unsolicited or abusive emails through the Gmail integration.

The App is a tool to help you organise your records and calculate VAGST. It does not constitute professional accounting or tax advice. Calculations are based on the data you enter and a standard 15% VAGST rate. You are responsible for the accuracy of your return and for meeting your filing obligations with MCR. For complex matters, we recommend consulting Apia Chartered Accountants or a qualified tax professional.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Apia Chartered Accountants is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate data entry, missed filing deadlines, or reliance on the App's calculations in place of professional advice. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

We may update or discontinue features of the App at any time. We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
